EMOTIONAL WELLNESS COACHING

Every top performer has at some point in their professional career had a mentor or coach, and, successful individuals realize that a support system is necessary and that reaching the top of your game does not involve going it alone. 

I have had had a mentor since I started my business in 2007 and in 2015 I myself sought her guidance and support when my health took a turn for the worse and my business suffered as a result; I reached out to her for her support and guidance as when it happened I really did feel like there was no way out of the situation I was in, but with the support of my mentor, and of course the support of my amazing husband, I bounced back on all levels and I am thriving today and enjoying a positive future.

Sometimes people comment that using the services of a coach or mentor is a sign of weakness, but think about Olympic athletes, they got the gold medal because their coach gave them the tools and support to get them there and without their coaches, they might not even have reached the stadium, let alone the podium.

Emotional Wellness Coaching is different to the clinical mental health services provided by the medical institutions, in that Emotional Wellness Coaching helps you to address current limiting beliefs, and blocking factors that could be potentially affecting your personal or professional life (maybe it is affecting both).  We help you to look forward and not to dwell on the past, although we do discuss how to recognize past and current triggers that are affecting your emotional and physical well-being.

An Emotional Wellness Coach will help you to address your thinking patterns and thoughts and will help you to create and develop different strategies to get you to your desired lifestyle goal.  You will also learn how to coach yourself.
